Nu-Bolt assembly combines our half-round I-Rod support with a heat-shrink-coated U-bolt to provide long-term service in the harsh operating environments.

I-ROD MATERIAL

  • I-Rod Material is a durable half-round thermoplastic. 
  • High compressive strength, Low Creep
  • I-rod White - Temperature Ranges -110°C - 83°C
  • UV stable

POLYSHRINK

  • Polyshrink is a UV-stable, cross-linked polyolefin applied over the shank of the U-bolt to protect the pipe's paint during installation.
  • Standard: up to 110°C

STAINLESS STEEL (316)

  • Stainless Steel finish on U-Bolt and 4 nuts.
  • Used in Marine Environments
